基于气动功率的气缸能量分配与节能研究

摘    要:通过建立气缸工作过程的解析模型,引入有效能、气动功率的概念,应用MATLAB/Simulink软件仿真,分别计算了气缸工作过程中的能量分配和能量损失,并对影响气缸能量损失的主要因素进行了分析。最后,以SMC某型节能阀为对象,通过对比不同回程压力下的节能效果,验证了提出的气缸工作能量分配与能量损失理论模型,对气缸的节能研究具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:It is of great significance to study energy distribution and energy loss of each energy consuming link during its movement. We establish an analytical model of cylinder operation process. By introducing the concept of effective energy and aerodynamic power and applying the software MATLAB/Simulink, we calculate separately the energy distribution and energy loss of cylinder, and the main factors affecting the energy loss of cylinder are analyzed. Finally, by comparing energy saving effects of a SMC type energy saving valve under different return pressures, the theoretical model of energy distribution and energy loss of cylinder presented is verified and it has important guiding significance for study of energy saving of cylinder.
