调速阀外控恒压结构优化设计及仿真分析

摘    要:传统调速阀利用压力补偿作用来保持其节流口前后的压差不受负载变化的影响,进而稳定流量,然而其压差受到补偿弹簧压缩量的影响并非绝对的恒定值,对于速度控制精度要求高的场合,传统调速阀的性能就无法满足其要求。鉴于此,设计了一种外控恒压调速阀,对阀的动态特性进行了分析,推导建立了系统的数学模型,利用AMESim仿真软件建立了仿真模型,对比分析了两种阀控液压回路流量稳定特性。仿真结果表明,外控恒压调速阀对系统流量稳定性的提升有显著作用。

Abstract:The traditional speed regulating valve uses the pressure compensation function to keep the pressure difference before and after the throttle port is not affected by the load change, so as to stabilize the flow. However, the pressure difference affected by the compensation spring compression is not an absolute constant value, for the speed control precision requirements of the occasion, the performance of the traditional speed control valve can not meet the requirements of its control. In view of this, an external control constant pressure speed regulating valve is designed, the dynamic characteristics of the valve are analyzed, and the mathematical model of the system is established. The simulation model is established by AMESim, and the flow stability characteristics of two kinds of valve-controlled hydraulic circuits are compared and analyzed. The simulation results show that the externally controlled constant-pressure speed regulating valve plays a significant role in improving the flow stability of the system. The conclusion is of reference value to the structural improvement and parameter optimization design of speed regulating valve.
