| 摘 要： | 传统的圆弧车削是通过操作工手动进给车刀而形成圆弧的,加工出的圆弧外观质量、表面粗糙度等很难达到设计及使用要求,由此设计了圆弧车削装置。该装置利用了蜗轮蜗杆,将手轮的旋转经过蜗轮蜗杆传递到专用车刀,由车刀旋转切削形成圆弧。经过验证,利用该装置所加工的圆弧完全达到要求,且效率显著提高,值得推广使用。
