摘    要:为了降低响应时间对基于电动静液压作动器(Electro Hydrostatic Actuator,EHA)的主动悬架动态性能的影响,设计了EHA主动悬架的内模PID控制器。建立了EHA作动器的动态数学模型,在对作动器高阶模型进行一阶简化的基础上,设计了内模控制器;通过对该控制器进行泰勒级数一阶展开,导出了PID控制器的参数表达式,并整定了PID参数。搭建了EHA主动悬架的内模PID控制仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析。结果表明,内模PID控制能使EHA作动器输出的主动力在响应时间上得到较好的控制,明显改善了主动悬架的动态性能。

Abstract:In order to relieve the influence of response time on dynamic performance of active suspension based on an electro hydrostatic actuator (EHA), an internal model PID controller of EHA is designed. A dynamic mathematical model of EHA is established. Based on the first order simplification of high order model of EHA, an internal model controller is designed. Through the Taylor series first order expansion of the internal model controller, a parameter expression of the PID controller is deduced and the PID parameters are obtained. An internal model PID control simulation model of EHA active suspension is built, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The results show that an internal model PID control can make output force of EHA actuator get better control in response time, and obviously improve dynamic performance of active suspension.
