某种后装压缩式垃圾车液压控制系统的改进

摘    要:针对某种后装压缩式垃圾车液压控制系统存在的长时间连续作业散热效果差、不同负载自适应性和控制系统可靠性不足等问题,制定了对应的系统优化改进方案。改进后的液压系统,运用了负载敏感比例控制设计、速度缓冲设计和集成化设计,有效减少了系统元件数量,降低了系统成本,解决了系统散热问题和负载自适应性问题。改进后的电控系统,采取PLC控制系统设计,解决了原继电器控制系统在逻辑控制、顺序控制、控制速度、灵活性和扩展性上存在的不足,提高了系统可靠性和操控便捷性。

Abstract:Aimed at some problems existing in hydraulic control system of back-loaded compaction garbage truck, such as poor cooling effect, lack of adaptability of different loads and lack of reliability of control system, a corresponding optimization and improvement scheme of the system is formulated. The new hydraulic system uses load-sensitive proportional control design, speed buffer design and integrated design, which effectively reduces the number of system components and the cost of the system, and solves the problems of system heat dissipation and load adaptability. The new electronic control system adopts PLC control design to solve the shortcomings of the original relay control system in terms of logic control, sequence control, control speed, flexibility and expansibility, and improves reliability of system and convenience of control.
