| 摘 要： | 测量标志作为测绘基准的直接承载者,是国民经济、国防建设和科学研究的基础设施,是各项测绘工作的基础,同时也是人们认识测绘、了解测绘的直观媒介之一,地位与意义重大。长期以来,由于城市建设加剧、重视程度不够、宣传教育不充分、保护意识不强等原因,测量标志遭受破坏现象极其严重,同时现有的保护模式针对性不强、工作量大,导致效果甚微。本文以乐清市基础控制框架网建设为例,建成了8个集实用、观赏、科普、教育等为一体的景观型测量标志(框架网点),实现提升测绘基准、宣传测绘法律、普及测绘知识、传承测绘历史、弘扬测绘文化等效果,探索开启测量标志建设与保护新模式。

| Abstract: | As the direct carrier of the datum of surveying and mapping,survey mark is the infrastructure of national economic,national defense construction and scientific research.It is the foundation of surveying and mapping work,and also is one of the direct media for us to understand surveying and mapping.It has important place and significance.For a long time,due to the intensification of urban construction,underappreciated,insufficient publicity and education,and weak protection awareness,the damage of the survey mark has been extremely serious.At the same time,the existing protection model is not targeted,the workload is large,and the effect is minimal.This paper takes the basic control network of Yueqing City as an example,and builds eight landscaped survey marks,which integrate practical,ornamental,popularization science,education,and etc.We will promote the datum of surveying and mapping,publicize the laws of surveying and mapping,popularize knowledge of surveying and mapping,pass on the history of surveying and mapping,and promote the culture of surveying and mapping,and explore new models for the construction and protection of survey marks. |
