摘 要: | 为准确了解烟丝含水率测量系统现状,采用假设检验法、均值-极差法对两种常用的含水率测量系统进行了准确度和精度分析。结果表明:①以烘箱法为参考,红外含水率测量系统整体偏倚值=-0.0093,对应p值=0.448>0.05,整体偏倚不明显。②烘箱、红外含水率测量系统的研究公差比(% P/T)、研究变异比(% R&R)均在10%-30%范围,测量系统能力满足对烟丝含水率质量判定和生产过程改进分析的要求。

Performance analysis of infrared moisture meter in cut tobacco measurement |

Abstract: | In order to learn more about the status of two common infrared moisture measurement systems, their accuracy and precision were analyzed by hypothesis testing method as well as Xbar and R method. Results showed that:1) taking oven method as reference, the overall bias value of infrared moisture measurement system was -0.0093(p>0.05), which was not obvious; 2) the%P/T and%R&R of both infrared and oven moisture measurement systems were between 10%-30%, which satisfied the requirements for the estimation of product quality and improvement analysis of production process. |
