攀枝花微细粒级钛精矿冷固结成型实验研究

摘    要:以PVA (聚乙烯醇)作为黏结剂,微细粒级钛精矿作为原料,考察了不同黏结剂用量、成型压力和水分含量对微细粒级钛精矿冷固结压力成型生球团机械性能的影响.结果表明:随着黏结剂用量增多,生球团的落下强度和抗压强度越好;成型压力在9MPa时,生球团的抗压强度最优,成型压力在7MPa时,生球团的落下强度最优;水分含量为6%时,生球团的抗压强度和落下强度均达到最优值.综合考虑造球成本,得出微细粒级钛精矿成型工艺最优参数为黏结剂用量0.25%、成型压力7MPa、水分含量6%,所制备的微细粒级钛精矿生球团的抗压强度可达66.88N/球,生球落下强度可达32.8次/球.

Abstract:With PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) as binder and micro-size fraction titanium concentrate as raw material, the effects of different binder dosage, forming pressure and moisture content on mechanical properties of cold consolidation pressure pellets of fine titanium concentrate were investigated. The experimental results show that the drop strength and compressive strength of green pellets are better with the increase of binder dosage; the compressive strength of green pellets is the best when forming pressure is 9 MPa; the drop strength of green pellets is the best when forming pressure is 7 MPa; and the compressive strength and drop strength of green pellets reach the optimal value when moisture content is 6%. Considering the cost of pelletizing, the optimum parameters of pelletizing process for micro-size fraction titanium concentrate are 0.25% binder, 7 MPa moulding pressure and 6% moisture content. The compressive strength of the pellets can reach 66.88N/pellet, and the drop strength of the pellets can reach 32.8 times/pellet.
