滚筒烘丝过程干头干尾烟丝物理特性研究

摘    要:为探索滚筒烘丝过程干头干尾烟丝与正常烟丝品质差异的判定方法,考察了干头干尾烟丝整丝率、整丝率变化率、堆密度及表观密度等物理指标的变化趋势,并基于上述物理指标对不同含水率的烟丝样品进行系统聚类分析,最后通过感官质量评吸对聚类分析结果进行了验证。结果表明:①干头干尾烟丝的整丝率、整丝率变化率、堆密度及表观密度均与含水率存在明显的相关性。②以含水率8.72%~9.46%为聚类分界点,不同含水率的烟丝样品可分为两类。③含水率≤8.72%的干头干尾烟丝与正常水分烟丝的整体感官质量存在显著差异。综合物理指标分析及感官质量验证结果,干头干尾烟丝与正常烟丝品质差异的含水率临界点应在9.00%左右。

Study on physical property of over-dried cut tobacco during drying
Abstract:In order to explore the method of judging the quality differentiation between over-dried cut tobacco and normal tobacco during drying, the variation trends of the physical indexes (the whole cut rate of tobacco, the change rate of whole cut rate of tobacco, bulk density and apparent density) of over-dried cut tobacco and moisture content were studied. And the over-dried cut tobacco samples of different moisture content were clustered with the above physical indicators. Finally, the result of cluster analysis was verified through sensory evaluation.The results showed that: ①The cut tobacco structure, bulk density, apparent density and moisture content were closely related. And the moisture content of inflection point of all physical indicators was about 10.00%. ②The tobacco samples of different moisture content can be divided into two categories taking moisture content 8.72%~9.46% as the cut-off point. ③The overall sensory quality of over-dried cut tobacco that moisture content was 5.33%~8.72% was significantly different with normal water tobacco. Summarizing the results of physical indicators, sensory quality and cluster analysis, the moisture content of critical point of the over-dried cut tobacco comprehensive quality is about 9.00%.
