烟草甲植物源驱避剂的筛选

摘    要:为了筛选烟草甲植物源高效驱避剂,首先对12种芳香植物材料进行了筛选,比较了肉桂醛及其2种结构类似物(肉桂酸甲酯和肉桂酸乙酯)的驱避活性,最后测定了肉桂醛琼脂胶包结物的驱避效果。Y形嗅觉仪测定结果表明,肉桂皮粉和丁香粉对烟草甲具有极显著的驱避活性,3种化合物的驱避活性次序为:肉桂醛>肉桂酸甲酯>肉桂酸乙酯。盆形嗅觉仪测定结果表明,肉桂醛琼脂胶包结物在4 d内对烟草甲的驱避反应指数可达100%。由于肉桂醛也是烟用香精的成分,制作琼脂胶包结驱避剂用于烟仓中烟草甲的防治具有良好的应用前景。

Screening of the plant-derived repellents against cigarette beetle,Lasioderma serricorne (Fabricius)
Abstract:In order to screen out the effective repellent of cigarette beetle, Lasioderma serricorne, from aroma plants, the author tested the behavioral activities of twelve aroma plant species against the beetle, then compared the repellent activities of cinnamaldehyde as well as its two structural analogs (methyl cinnamate and ethyl cinnamate), finally tested the repellent effect of cinnamaldehyde formulated in agaro-pectin. The results in Y-typed olfactometer showed that the powder of Cinnamomun cassia bark and Syringa oblata bud exhibited extremely significant repellent effect, and the repellent activities of the three pure compounds, expressed in a decreasing order, was cinnamaldehyde, methyl cinnamate and ethyl cinnamate. The result in basin-shaped olfactometer showed that the repellent indices of cinnamaldehyde formulated in agaro-pectin almost reached to 100% during the four-day tested period. Since cinnamaldehyde could be used as a tobacco flavor, cinnamaldehyde formulated in agaro-pectin has a good prospect as a control of cigarette beetle in tobacco warehouse.
