绿色供应链视角下装配式建筑可持续性评价研究

摘    要:装配式建筑作为一种绿色、环保、节能、高效的建筑成为我国建筑工业化发展的重要途径。从绿色供应链全寿命周期角度构建装配式建筑绿色供应链结构模型,并建立装配式建筑可持续发展评价指标体系。对装配式绿色供应链进行全寿命分析,应用层次聚类-TOPSIS 综合评价模型评价识别装配式建筑绿色供应链的关键节点问题,为装配式建筑绿色供应链优化管理提供理论支撑和决策依据。同时针对装配式绿色供应链关键环节运作问题提出建议,实现装配式建筑供应链全寿命周期绿色可持续管理,促进装配式建筑可持续发展。

Abstract:As a type of green,environmentally friendly,energy saving,and efficient buildings,prefabricated buildings havebecome an important approach for the industrial development of buildings in China. This paper built a structure model for greensupply chain of prefabricated buildings based on the full life cycle of the green supply chain,and established an evaluation indexsystem for the sustainable development of prefabricated buildings. This paper analyzed the full life cycle of the green supply chain ofprefabricated buildings. This study applied the hierarchical clustering-TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate andidentify key problems of green supply chain of prefabricated buildings,and provided theoretical support and decision reference foroptimal management of green supply chain of prefabricated buildings. At the same time,this paper gave suggestions on the key linkoperation problems of green supply chain of prefabricated buildings. The findings of this study help to realize the green andsustainable management of the full life cycle of supply chain of prefabricated buildings,which can promote the sustainabledevelopment of prefabricated buildings.
