中国建筑垃圾排放量与行业经济增长脱钩关系时空演化分析

摘    要:建筑垃圾排放对建筑业可持续发展至关重要,在运用面积估算法对我国建筑垃圾产生量测算的基础上,采用Tapio脱钩理论研究了2006~2018 年中国及各省份的建筑垃圾排放量与行业经济增长的脱钩关系。结果表明,建筑垃圾排放量主要集中在中部和东部地区,地区差异显著。全国建筑垃圾排放量累计186.21 亿t,呈现出逐年增长趋势。我国建筑垃圾排放脱钩状态大致可以分为三大阶段,T1 阶段呈弱脱钩状态;T2 阶段呈扩张连接状态;T3 阶段由呈强脱钩状态演化至弱脱钩状态。2006~2018 年,大部分省份的状态都在脱钩状态和连接状态,脱钩程度趋于差异化,需完善建筑垃圾资源化处理法律体系,提升建筑垃圾资源化技术水平,加强企业管理,推进建筑业绿色发展,不断提升建筑垃圾排放脱钩程度。

Abstract:Based on the area estimation method, this study employed the Tapio decoupling theory to investigate the decouplingrelationship between construction waste and industrial economic growth in China during the period from 2006 to 2018. It can beconcluded that,from 2006 to 2018,construction waste were mainly concentrated in the central and eastern regions in China,withsignificant regional differences. The total generation of construction waste was 18.621 billion tons,and the amount of constructionwaste increased from 650 million tons to 2.1 billion tons from 2006 to 2018,which showed an increasing trend. The decoupling stateof construction waste can be divided into three stages:T1 stage represented weak decoupling state, T2 stage represented expandingand connectivity state, and T3 stage exhibited a tendency from strong decoupling state to weak decoupling state. From 2006 to 2018,the states of most provinces were decoupling and connection,and the degree of decoupling tends to differ from each other. It wasnecessary to improve the legal system of construction waste recycling,improve the technical level of construction waste recycling,strengthen enterprise management,promote the green development of the construction industry,and continuously improve the degreeof decoupling of construction waste.
