摘    要:针对用于煤矿井下的许用型乳化炸药灌装机的工作循环与技术要求,分析了主机结构功能,运用FluidSIM H软件完成了液压传动回路及电控回路的设计,对所设计电液控制系统进行了虚拟仿真,并对仿真结果进行了分析。将仿真成功后的电液控制系统应用到实际生产,系统运行平稳,满足灌装精度要求,实现了灌装自动化,取得了良好效果

Abstract:For the work cycle and technical requirements of the permissible emulsion explosive filling machine in the coal mine, the function and structure of the machine are analyzed; the hydraulic drive circuit and the electric control circuit are designed by the software FluidSIM H. The virtual simulation for the electro hydraulic control system is designed and the simulation results are analyzed. When the electro hydraulic control system is applied to a practical production, the emulsion explosive filling machine runs smoothly and satisfies the requirement of filling accuracy.
