摘    要:为提高吞咽困难医疗诊断水平,研究食品和吞咽系统相互影响关系,以及辅助开发安全食品,提出了仿生吞咽机器人,设计了仿人体食道驱动器,用于产生蠕动运动。使用3D打印技术制造驱动器模具,选用室温硫化硅橡胶制备软体驱动器。实验采用了动态言语动作观测仪记录了该驱动器管道内壁的变形。

Abstract: A swallowing robot is presented for the purpose of improving the management of dysphagia and studying the interaction of food texture and human swallow system and for the development of novel food. A pneumatic driven soft bodied actuator to reproduce esophageal peristalsis is designed and fabricated. The actuator is created by the room temperature vulcanized silicon rubber and casted and cured in a custom designed mold. The mold is built by the 3D printing technique. Experiments are conducted for the measurement of deformation of the actuator food passage.
