摘    要:在介绍实验用微型采煤机的基础上,对其液压系统进行了设计。建立了液压系统的数学模型和MATLAB/Simulink动态仿真模型,并进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:放大器增益系数、液压缸的负载大小和压缩总量对系统动态性能影响较大,PID控制器能够提升系统动态性能。研究结果为采煤机液压系统设计及优化提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A experimental miniature shearer is introduced and the hydraulic system is designed. The mathematical model and MATLAB/Simulink dynamic simulation model for the hydraulic system are established, and some simulation examples are carried out. The simulation results show that the system dynamic performance is affected by the amplifier gain coefficient, load and total compression of hydraulic cylinder. Moreover, the system dynamic performance could be improved by a PID controller. The study results provide a theoretical support for the design and optimization of shearer hydraulic system.
