时效处理对新型Al-5.6Zn-1.6Mg-0.15Zr合金显微组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:通过晶间腐蚀试验(IGC)、剥落腐蚀试验(EXCO)及电化学腐蚀试验,结合光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)及配套能谱分析仪(EDS)和透射电镜(TEM)等手段,研究Al-5.6Zn-1.6Mg-0.15Zr合金板材在120 ℃下时效不同时间后微观组织、腐蚀状态及耐腐蚀性能的变化。结果表明:新型Al-5.6Zn-1.6Mg-0.15Zr合金整体耐腐蚀性能较好,其晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀敏感性随着时效时间的增加明显降低,经电化学腐蚀试验所得极化曲线也表现出了相同的趋势。时效处理对合金耐蚀性的影响主要与晶界析出相η(MgZn2)和无沉淀析出带(PFZ)的变化有关。随着时效时间的增加,晶界析出相聚集粗化,且由连续析出转变成不连续析出,无沉淀析出带变宽,这些变化使得阳极腐蚀通道被切断,腐蚀不能连续进行,从而提高了合金的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:Changes in the microstructure,corrosion states,and corrosion resistance of Al-5.6Zn-1.6Mg-0.15Zr alloy sheet after aging at 120℃ for different time were studied by means of intergranular corrosion experiment(IGC),exfoliation corrosion experiment(EXCO)and electrochemical corrosion experiment,optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy spectrum analysis(EDS)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the new Al-5.6Zn-1.6Mg-0.15Zr alloy has good overall corrosion resistance,and its sensitivity to intergranular corrosion and spalling corrosion decreases significantly with the increase of aging time.The polarization curve obtained by electrochemical corrosion experiments also shows the same trend.The effect of aging on corrosion resistance of the alloy is mainly related to the change of grain boundary precipitation phase η(MgZn2)and the precipitation-free zone(PFZ).With the increase of aging time,the grain boundary precipitation phase aggregates and coarsens,and changes from continuous precipitation to discontinuous precipitation,and the PFZ becomes wider.These changes cause the anodic corrosion channel to be cut off,and the corrosion cannot continue,thereby improves the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
