| 摘 要： | 带式输送机转弯装置可以减少运输系统转载环节，减少设备和人员的投入。郑煤集团教学二矿设计并使用了一种新型带式输送机转弯装置，装置主要由转向滚筒、改向滚筒、机架、接料装置等组成，具有0~180°任意转弯、运行阻力大幅度下降、结构模块化设计及安装简单、调试方便、维护简便等特点，该设备在郑煤集团教学二矿中取得了良好的应用效果，解决了以往使用的拐弯胶带存在的问题，实现了设备的安全经济运转，具有较好的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | The turning device of the belt conveyor can reduce the transfer link of the transportation system，and reduce the input of equipment and personnel.Jiaoxue No.2 Coal Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Group designed and used a new type of belt conveyor turning device.The device was mainly composed of steering rollers，redirecting rollers，frame and material receiving device.It has the characteristics of 0~180° arbitrary turning，greatly reduced running resistance，modular structure design and simple installation，convenient debugging，and simple maintenance.The equipment has achieved good application effect in Jiaoxue No.2 Coal Mine of Zhengzhou Coal Group.It solved problems of previously used turning tape，realized safe and economic operation of equipment，and has good promotion and application value. |
