大型空间充气舱蒙皮结构限制层承压能力研究

摘    要:以大型空间充气舱蒙皮结构限制层为研究对象,建立充气舱蒙皮在承受内外压差作用载荷下的环向及轴向应力数学模型,利用Von Mises应力来表述充气舱蒙皮的二向应力状态,通过ABAQUS软件仿真分析蒙皮的受力状况并与理论值比较,从而验证理论推导的正确性,为充气舱蒙皮结构限制层各点受力分析提供了有效的理论依据。然后,对充气舱蒙皮进行承压能力分析,为充气舱蒙皮结构限制层的设计提供参考依据。最后,分别建立充气舱蒙皮双层结构限制层的层合板模型及摩擦接触模型,通过对比得出层合板建模更加有效。

Abstract:Taking the restrictive layer of skin structure of largescale inflatable cabin as the research object,the mathematical model of circumferential and axial stress of the Inflatable cabin skin under the load of internal and external pressure difference was established,Von Mises stress was used to describe the twoway stress state of inflatable cabin skin.The stress condition of the skin was analyzed through ABAQUS software simulation and was compared with the theoretical value to verify the correctness and feasibility of theoretical derivation,providing an effective theoretical basis for the stress analysis of the restraint layer of the Inflatable cabin skin structure.Then,the pressurebearing capacity of the Inflatable cabin skin was analyzed to provide a reference for the design of the restraint layer of the inflatable cabin skin structure.Finally,the laminated plate model and the friction contact model of the restraint layer of the doublelayer skin structure of the Inflatable cabin were established respectively.Through comparison,it is concluded that the laminate modeling is more effective.
