铝合金抱杆长细比的经济性分析

摘    要:铝合金抱杆与钢抱杆相比,其主要优点是重量比较轻。为了探索铝抱杆在何种长细比情况下显示其较轻的优越性,文章以承载力强度相等为条件,以抱杆重量为基础,对铝、钢抱杆进行了比较、分析,从而提出了铝合金抱杆只有在长细比小于87 时,方显出其重量较轻的优越性,且长细比越小优越性越大。若分别与16Mn 钢抱杆和A3 钢抱杆比,当长细比分别大于87 和105 ,铝抱杆反比钢抱杆重。

Abstract:Comparing the aluminum alloy holding poles to the steel holding poles,the advantages of the previous one is lighter in weight.In order to probe that under what kind of slenderness ratio the aluminum alloy poles will show their advantage in lighter weight,the paper has compared and analyzed both aluminum and steel poles in conditions of identical bearing strength and based on the weight of the aluminum pole.Based on the previous comparison and analysis the aluminum poles only show their advantage in lighter weight under the slenderness ratio of less than 87, moreover,the smaller the slenderness ratio is,the greater their advantage.Comparing them to the steel poles 16 Mn and A 3 respectively,as the slenderness ratio is greater than 87 and 105 respectively,the weight of the aluminum pole is bigger than that of the steel pole.
