基于永磁开关的配电网多级保护配置策略研究

摘    要:为减少配网用户分支线故障导致整条线路停电的情况,针对配电线路上普通断路器分闸时间长与上级断路器难以进行保护配合的问题,提出基于永磁开关的配电网多级保护配置策略。分析永磁开关的操动机构及优点,阐述永磁开关在配电网中的适应性,并重点对多级保护配置中的两级级差和三级级差保护配置策略进行了论述。基于永磁开关的配电网多级保护配置策略的应用,能够有效地减少瞬时故障造成的短暂停电次数,提高配电网的供电可靠性。

Abstract:In order to reduce the occurrence of the whole line outages caused by the user branch failure of the distribution network, a multi-stage protection configuration strategy of the distribution network based on permanent magnetic switch is proposed, aiming at solving the main cause to this problem, which is the circuit breaker slow fault-free action and the difficulty of cooperation between the superior circuit breaker and the branch circuit breaker. The operating mechanism and advantages of permanent magnetic switch are analyzed. The adaptability of permanent magnet switches in the electrical distribution network is elucidated. The two-level-differential protection and the three-level-differential protection configuration strategies of multistage protection configuration are mainly discussed. The application of the multistage protection configuration strategy of the distribution network based on permanent magnetic switch can effectively decrease the number of the temporary power outage caused by transient fault and improve the power supply reliability of the distribution network.
