| 摘 要： | 针对我国发展装配式建筑的环境条件，研究现行标准对装配式建筑适用性的评估方法。标准的适用性评估内容从标准自身有效性、标准条款匹配性和标准内容支撑度 3 个层面展开，通过构建评估指标体系，运用基于传递熵和距离矩阵模型改进的模糊综合评价法获得评估结果。选取了《混凝土结构工程施工规范》GB 50666-2011 和《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》GB 50204-2015 两本标准进行实证评估，根据 15 位专家的评估结果验证了评估方法的有效性。标准的适用性评估能够为装配式建筑标准规范体系的建立提供依据，同时也对现行标准的制修订起到一定的基础和指导性作用。

| Abstract: | With the consideration of the environmental conditions of the development of prefabricated buildings in China，themethod for assessing the applicability of the existing standards regarding fabricated buildings was studied. The evaluation was basedon three aspects, i.e., the standard’s self-effectiveness，the matching degree among different standard terms and the supporting degreeof the standard content. Through establishing an evaluation index system，the Improved Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Methodbased on the transfer entropy and the distance matrix model was applied to obtain the evaluation results. “Code for construction ofconcrete structures” GB 50666-2011 and “Code for acceptance of constructional quality of concrete structures” GB 50204-2015 wereselected for empirical evaluation. The effectiveness of the assessment method was validated according to the knowledge of fifteenexperts. The applicability assessment of the standard provides a basis for the establishment of standard systems for prefabricatedbuildings，and also sets a certain basis and guidance for the revision of the existing standards. |
