Abstract:The inspection and measurement of building condition point and height and the mapping of contour line are the main contents of the inspection and measurement of building planning.Due to the influence of complex building modeling,limited space and site construction,the efficiency of the traditional measurement method is very low.Based on visual tracking splicing and 3 d laser scanning technology,free access to high density of buildings point cloud,extracted using scanning point cloud point,height and contour line construction conditions,compared with the traditional way of measuring,its plane,elevation,side length precision are conform to the requirements of the specification,and the inside and outside the industry time is only half of the traditional measurement methods,which can greatly improve the efficiency of the planning acceptance measurement.
