热裂解炭黑N990在轮胎中的应用

摘    要:对热裂解炭黑N990在轮胎中的应用前景进行了探讨。将非补强型热裂解炭黑N990应用在轮胎的胎侧、胎肩垫胶、气密层等部件中,试制了一批轮胎,并进行了耐久性能和高速性能试验。结果表明,在轮胎中用热裂解炭黑N990替代部分补强型炭黑,对轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能以及耐透气性能无不良影响并能改善工艺性能,降低含胶率,且可降低气密层胶的生产成本,具有实用价值。

Abstract:The prospect of application of thermal black N990 to tire was investigated.A batch of prototype tires were produced by using the thermal black N990 in some tire parts such as sidewall,shoulder pad and liner.The endurance and the performance at high speed of the said tires were tested.The results showed that the processibility improved,the rubber content and the cost decreased without affecting the endurance,air permeability and high speed performance of tires when the reinforcing carbon black was partly replaced by the thermal black N990.
