穿层钻孔抽放煤层瓦斯数值模拟研究

摘    要:矿井瓦斯抽放是解决煤矿瓦斯问题、提高资源使用效益、确保煤矿安全生产的一种有效方法。为合理安排矿井抽掘采接替关系,确定穿层钻孔抽放参数,根据煤层瓦斯流动理论、质量守恒方程、真实气体状态方程、气体压缩系数方程,并以朗格缪尔方程作为吸附瓦斯解吸的数学规律,建立了穿层钻孔抽放煤层瓦斯数学模型,采用有限差分数值方法编制了计算程序,以全隐式格式确保计算过程的稳定性,根据实测煤层瓦斯参数进行了数值模拟计算,获得了穿层钻孔抽放条件下钻孔周围瓦斯压力分布情况以及钻孔有效抽放半径等抽放参数。分析表明,低透气性煤层抽放钻孔周围容易形成较高的瓦斯压力梯度,且在有限的抽放时间内有效抽放半径较小。数值模拟结果与现场实践基本一致。

Abstract:Gas drainage of mine is an effective method which can solve the problems of gas,improve the resouce benefits,and ensure the safety production of coal mine. to reasonably arrange the mining and gas drainage,and to determine the drainage parameters of layer-through boreholes,a mathematical model for gas drainage with layer-through boreholes was established according to the theory of gas flow in coal seams,and mass conservation equation,the real gas state equation,and gas compression coefficient equations,meanwhile,Langmuir equation was used as the law of gas desorption. A program was wrote based on the mathematical model by using finite difference method. Fully implicit scheme was applied to ensure the stability of the calculation. Based on the measured parameters of gas,numerical simulation was carried out,the gas pressure distribution around the borehole and the effective drainage radius of the boreholes were obtained. It was shown that,it may appear high gas pressure gradient near drainage boreholes in coal seam with low permeability,and effective drainage radius is small in limited drainage time.The numerical simulation results are consistent with the field practice.
