| Abstract: | Coal resources are essential to meet the growing energy demand in China.Most energy production has shifted from traditional energy sources to non-traditional energy sources such as solar and nuclear energy.However，the mining of coal resources is still extracted through mining，and changes in land use caused by coal mining are common in coal mining areas，leading to changes in wasteland，agricultural land and water bodies，and ultimately changing the ecosystem.Degraded mining land must be restored through the development of vegetation such as forests，grasslands and agriculture.This paper analysed and studied the restoration and management of the ecological environment around coal mines.The revegetation of the land after mining has been proven to be a viable end use of the land；however，the scale of technology and biological reclamation practices plays a role in the success of the restoration.Important role.The research results provide measures and basis for the ecological environment protection of coal mines. |
