矿用掘进机远程监测系统的应用研究

摘    要:结合煤矿实际需要对EBZ220型矿用掘进机的远程监测系统整体方案进行了研究,重点对传感器网络节点的结构进行了设计。该节点中的处理器芯片和无线网络芯片型号分别为MSP430F149和CC2420。介绍了系统中使用的关键传感器类型与型号,传感器采集得到的均为模拟量信号,需要利用A/D转换电路将其转换为数字量信号,对信号处理电路和供电模块电路的原理图进行了分析。软件程序方面基于模块化思想进行设计,对主程序和各子程序进行了研究。设计的远程监测系统成功应用到掘进机工程实践中,各项性能达到预期效果,经济效益和安全效益显著。

Abstract:According to the actual needs of coal mines,the overall scheme of the remote monitoring system of the EBZ220 mining roadheader is studied,and the structure of the sensor network node was designed.The processor chip and wireless network chip model in the node are MSP430F149 and CC2420.Introduced the key sensor types and models used in the system.The sensors collected are all analog signals,which need to be converted into digital signals by an A/D conversion circuit.The schematic diagrams of the signal processing circuit and the power supply module circuit were analysed.The software program was designed based on the idea of modularization,and the main program and subprograms were studied.The designed remote monitoring system has been successfully applied to the engineering practice of the roadheader,and the performance has reached the expected results,and the economic and safety benefits are significant.
