煤矿井下定向钻进过程中测量关键技术研究

摘    要:随着定向钻进的快速发展,随钻测量技术得到了广泛的关注。随钻测量系统一般采用磁性测量技术,在有磁场干扰的情况下,测量系统的精度是有限的。提出了一种基于惯性技术的基于冗余加速度计的测量—钻井系统,该新型钻孔测量系统具有较好的抗扰动性能以及较高的测量精度,计算结果更可靠。为匹配该技术,开发了一种基于防爆计算机的随钻测量系统,用于井下测量数据的处理和显示。该技术集成到定向钻进系统中,并在我国煤矿的应用中得到了验证。

Abstract:With the rapid development of directional drilling,MWD technology has attracted extensive attention.At present,the drilling time measurement system generally adopts magnetic measurement technology.In the case of magnetic field interference,the accuracy of the measurement system is limited.This paper presents a measurement drilling system based on redundant accelerometer based on inertial technology.The new drilling measurement system has better anti disturbance performance,higher measurement accuracy and more reliable calculation results.In order to match this technology,a MWD system based on explosion-proof computer is developed in this paper,which is used for the processing and display of downhole measurement data.The technology is integrated into the directional drilling system and has been verified in the application of coal mines in China.
