摘    要:光伏发电站在接入电网后会导致电网频率发生较大波动,为了提高电网的稳定性,提出新能源光伏发电站大规模并网频率主动控制方法。分析大规模光伏发电阵列规模,依据数学模型计算光伏阵列中二极管数量,分别获取光伏阵列阴影面积、光伏温度以及光照强度,建立不同阴影模式下光伏阵列电路模型,设计光伏阵列频率波动平抑算法以及平抑要求判定条件,以此将光伏发电站大规模并网的频率控制在一定区间之内,实现并网频率主动控制。通过实验模拟了不含光储、只含光伏以及包含光储3种模式下的并网频率变化。实验结果表明,3种模式下的并网频率均在49.0~50.8 Hz,没有超出界限,可见这种控制方法具备较好的效果,可以提高电网的稳定性。

Abstract:Photovoltaic power stations will lead to large fluctuations in grid frequency after being connected to the grid.In order to improve the stability of the grid,an active control method for large-scale grid connection frequency of new energy photovoltaic power stations is proposed.To analyze the scale of large-scale photovoltaic power generation array,calculate the number of diodes in the photovoltaic array according to the mathematical model,obtain the shadow area,photovoltaic temperature and illumination intensity of the photovoltaic array respectively,establish the circuit model of the photovoltaic array under different shadow modes,design the frequency fluctuation suppression algorithm of the photovoltaic array and the judgment conditions of the suppression requirements,so as to control the frequency of large-scale grid connection of the photovoltaic power station within a certain range,to realize the active control of grid connected frequency.Through experiments,the grid connection frequency changes in three modes without optical storage,only photovoltaic and optical storage are simulated.The experimental results show that the grid connection frequency of the three modes is 49.0 ~ 50.8 Hz,which does not exceed the limit.It can be seen that this control method has good effect and can improve the stability of the power grid.
