| 作者单位： | 带式输送机是煤矿中的重要输送装备。在分析矿井带式输送机实际工况的基础下，对其系统优化策略进行了详细研究，设计了带式输送系统，采用变频调速技术实现了设备的软启动，在稳定运行阶段，采用胶带秤和转速传感器检测结果，对设备运行速度进行调整，确保设备运行速度保持在最优状态。对系统涉及的主要硬件设施进行了选型设计，系统软件利用模块化思想进行设计，对主软件程序和2个主要子程序进行了研究。并将设计的输送系统部署到工程实践中，经现场调试发现运行良好。系统的成功实践应用可以为企业节省一定的电费和设备维护费用，为其他煤矿企业提供了借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Belt conveyor is an important conveying equipment in coal mine.On the basis of analyzing the actual working conditions of the mine belt conveyor,the system optimization strategy is studied in detail,the belt conveyor system is designed,and the soft start of the equipment is realized by using the frequency conversion speed regulation technology.According to the detection results of the scale and the speed sensor,the running speed of the equipment is adjusted to ensure that the running speed of the equipment is kept in the optimal state.The main hardware facilities involved in the system are selected and designed,the system software is designed with the idea of modularization,and the main software program and two main subprograms are studied.The designed conveying system was deployed into engineering practice,and it was found to be running well after on-site debugging.The successful practical application of the system can save a certain amount of electricity and equipment maintenance costs for enterprises,and provide a reference for other coal mining enterprises. |
