中水系统加酸位置研究

摘    要:电厂中水系统处理采用石灰、混凝澄清、过滤、加酸的处理方式,设置机械加酸澄清池、双室过滤器和软水池,加酸点位置2个,双室过滤器出口混合器处加酸和澄清池出口混合器处加酸,但由于浓硫酸稀释后较强的腐蚀性,加酸管道经常出现泄漏,直接影响中水系统安全稳定运行。通过经验总结与实践,将中水加酸点由原来的澄清池出口混合器更改至澄清池顶部出口集水槽汇流口处,加酸管悬于水平面上方。这样可以使加酸管不再浸入水内加酸而是在水面以上加酸,有效避免了加酸点的腐蚀和泄漏;集水槽汇流口处有1 m高的落差,在水流下降过程中会伴随着向上排气和旋转,水速比较高,水流混合相对均匀,浓硫酸在此处加入后可以立即发生稀释反应,可以将澄清池出水的pH值迅速调整至8左右,正常运行的情况下,不会造成设备的腐蚀;集水槽汇流口位于澄清池顶部清水区,即使在操作不当的情况下集水槽汇流口外壁腐蚀也不会造成中水系统必须立即停运等问题的出现,将加酸点变更至此处,大大提高了中水系统的安全性;中水系统加酸设备和管道运行情况可以直接观察、分析判断,有利于运行与检修人员及时发现和处理隐患;系统变动比较小,易于实现,不影响原有在线仪表的测量使用。

Abstract:The reclaimed water system of the power plant is treated by lime,coagulation clarification,filtration and acid adding.A mechanical acid adding scarifier,a double chamber filter, and a soft water tank are set.There are two acid adding points.The acid is added at the outlet of the double chamber filter and at the outlet of the clarifier.However,due to the strong corrosivity after dilution by concentrated sulfuric acid,the acid adding pipeline often leaks,which directly affects the safe and stable operation of the reclaimed water system.Through experience summary and practice,the acid adding point of the reclaimed water is changed from the original outlet mixer of the clarifier to the confluence of the outlet sump at the top of the clarifier,and the acid adding pipe is suspended above the horizontal plane.In this way, the acid adding pipe is no longer immersed in the water to add acid, but is added above the water surface, effectively avoiding the corrosion and leakage of the acid adding point.There is a 1m high drop at the confluence of the water collecting tank,which will be accompanied by upward exhaust and rotation in the process of water flow decline.The water speed is relatively high,and the water flow is mixed relatively evenly.After the concentrated sulfuric acid is added here,the dilution reaction can occur immediately,and the pH value of the effluent from the clarifier can be quickly adjusted to about 8.Under normal operation,the equipment will not be corroded.The confluence port of the water collecting tank is located in the clear water area at the top of the clarifier.Even in the case of improper operation,the corrosion of the confluence wall of the water collecting tank will not cause the problems that the reclaimed water system must be shut down immediately.The acid adding point is changed here,which greatly improves the safety of the reclaimed water system.The operation of the acid adding equipment and pipelines of the reclaimed water system can be directly observed,analyzed and judged,which is conducive to the timely discovery and treatment of hidden dangers by the operation and maintenance personnel.The change of the system is relatively small,which is easy to realize and does not affect the measurement use of the original online instrument.
