列车气动夹钳制动特性仿真及试验研究

摘    要:气动夹钳的输出特性对保障列车安全制动起到至关重要的作用。以上海地铁11号线RZSS型气动夹钳为例,基于MATLAB和ADAMS联合仿真技术建立了其虚拟样机模型,并仿真分析了RZSS型气动夹钳在常用制动及停放制动工况下的制动缸压力建立过程、制动力输出特性、出闸灵敏度等工作特性;同时结合线路及车辆参数,对RZSS型盘式制动器进行了系统理论计算与校核;最后进行了部件例行试验测试,试验结果验证了计算机仿真与理论计算的正确性,为传统轨道车辆制动系统设计和气动夹钳结构优化提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The output characteristics of pneumatic caliper play a vital role in ensuring the safe braking of trains. Taking the RZSS pneumatic caliper of Shanghai metro line 11 as the research object, the virtual prototype model of the rzss disc brake is established based on the joint simulation technology of MATLAB and ADAMS, and the working characteristics of RZSS brake caliper unit., such as the establishment process of brake cylinder pressure, braking force output characteristics, braking sensitivity and so on, are simulated and analyzed under the working conditions of service braking and parking braking. At the same time, combined with the line and vehicle parameters, the system theoretical calculation and verification of RZSS brake caliper unit are carried out; Finally, the routine test was carried out. The test results verify the correctness of computer simulation and theoretical calculation, and provide a reference basis for the design of traditional rail vehicle braking system and the structural optimization of brake caliper unit.
