摘    要:装配式混凝土建筑是推动传统混凝土建筑转型升级的重要途径,合理的混凝土 PC 构件生产布局,能够保证产能供需平衡,提升资源利用效率,促进装配式建筑健康发展。基于 2010~2019 年京津冀地区数据调研,获取 PC 构件厂分布状况及生产能力,采用灰色预测模型对京津冀地区2020年PC构件需求量进行预测并与实际比较,以验证模型正确性;利用ArcGIS10.2 测算各供需点之间的运输距离,构建以需求量、供给量、运输成本为关键指标的 PC 构件厂网络型区位配置模型,运用LINGO11 求解优化模型并提出优化布局策略,形成以点轴为主线的京津冀地区厂区布局策略。预期成果为京津冀装配式建筑产业发展提供参考。

Abstract:Prefabricated construction is an important way to promote the transformation and upgrading of the traditional concretebuildings, a reasonable production layout of concrete PC components can ensure the balance of capacity supply and demand,improve the efficiency of resource utilization, and promote the healthy development of assembled buildings. Based on the region dataof 2010-2019 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, this paper analyzes the distribution of PC component plants and production capacity, uses thegray prediction model to forecast the demand for PC components in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regions in 2020, and compare it withthe actual conditions to verify the correctness of the model. ArcGIS 10.2 is used to calculate the transportation distance between thesupply and demand points and construct a network-type location-allocation( LA) model for PC component plants with demand,supply and transportation cost as key indicators. Lingo11 is used to solve the optimization model and put forward the optimizationlayout strategy to form the plant layout strategy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region with the point axis as the main line. The expectedresults provide a reference for the development of the prefabricated construction industry in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
