煤基高温费托合成技术进展

摘    要:介绍了煤基高温费托合成的典型工艺路线及技术特点。综述了煤基高温费托合成的发展历程和最新进展。介绍了熔铁、沉淀铁和负载型铁系高温费托合成催化剂及失活规律。讨论了煤基高温费托合成汽柴油、含氧有机物、α-烯烃的加工路线。分析了煤基高温费托合成技术的经济性,对我国发展煤基高温费托合成技术进行了展望。

Abstract:The typical processes of high-temperature Fisher-Tropsch synthesis are discussed.The development and recent advances are reviewed.The fusion iron, precipitated iron and supported iron catalyst for high-temperature Fisher-Tropsch synthesis and the deactivation mechanism thereof are described.The downstream processing routes for Gasoline, diesels, oxy-organics and α-olefins are discussed.The technical economics of the process is analyzed.
