白车身复杂装配特征点云提取及参数计算

摘    要:使用线激光扫描白车身装配特征并采集光刀图像,经处理可计算得到相应的位置参数。针对螺柱、螺纹孔等复杂特征,提出基于直方图的最佳阈值迭代法自动识别光刀图像中的有效光刀曲线,获取与待测特征有关的散乱点云。针对不同的散乱点云,提出合适的点云分割方法和相关参数计算方法。实验结果表明,相应方法的重复精度和绝对精度满足工程应用的要求。

Abstract:The position parameters of an assembly features of Body-in-White(BIW) can be calculated by stripe laser scanning and laser curve image processing. For the complex features such as studs and threaded holes, an optimal threshold iterative method based on histogram is proposed to automatically identify theeffective laser curve in the imageand obtain the scattered point cloud related to the feature to be tested. Aiming at different scattered point clouds, suitable point cloud segmentation methods and calculation methods for related parameters are proposed. Experiments show that the repeatability and absolute accuracy of the corresponding method meet the requirements of engineering applications.
