| 摘 要： | 介绍了当前城市地下共同沟在国内外的建设情况,认为地下共同沟建设是当今城市发展的必然趋势。研究表明发达国家和地区在地下共同沟建设上已有着丰富的经验,而我国需要急切地开展城市地下共同沟的建设。接着着重分析了我国地下共同沟建设过程中存在的各类问题,包括共同沟的统一规划、建设投资、设计和施工、运行维护等问题。为了解决我国共同沟建设中存在的各类问题,提出了共同沟顺利建设的保障措施。指出只有通过综合规划、充分协调、统一建设、合理投资、科学设计、规范施工、有效监测和及时维护等办法来保障城市地下共同沟建设工作的顺利推进。

| Abstract: | The construction of underground common trench of contemporary city at home and abroad is introduced,and we believe that the construction of underground common trench is an inevitable trend for the present city development.Research showed that developed countries and regions have rich experience on the construction of underground common trench while it is urgent for our country to develop the construction of underground common trench.Then various problems of underground common trench in our country during construction are investigated emphatically,including integrated planning,construction investment,design and construction,operation and maintenance.In order to solve these problems,safeguard measures for the construction of common trench are proposed.Only with measures such as integrated planning,fully coordination,joint construction,reasonable investment,scientific design,standard construction,effective monitoring and timely maintenance,can the construction of common trench be promoted. |
