助滤剂在REUSY型分子筛改性中的应用

摘    要:针对超稳稀土分子筛(REUSY)改性生产过程中难于过滤的情况,在实验室研究了6种助滤剂对其分子筛理化性能和二交过滤效果的影响,并进一步考察了能够提高过滤速率的正离子型助滤剂D。结果表明:6种助滤剂的添加(添加质量分数均为1%)对REUSY型分子筛二交滤饼焙烧后的相对结晶度、晶胞常数、RE2O3质量分数几乎无影响,但对其过滤时间,滤饼触变性及其含水质量分数,Na2O质量分数影响各有差异,其中,添加正离子型助滤剂D所得REUSY型分子筛的过滤时间最短(仅为3.75 min),但含水质量分数最高(69%),且滤饼含Na2O质量分数亦最高(2.67%),远高于REUSY型分子筛含Na2O质量分数不高于2%的指标要求;综合考虑REUSY型分子筛理化性能质量保证和焙烧高能耗对制备成本的影响,优选正离子型助滤剂D及其添加质量分数为0.03%~0.10%。

Abstract:In view of the filtration difficulty during the modified production process of ultra-stable rare earth molecular sieve(REUSY), the effects of the addition of 6 kinds of common filter aids on the physical and chemical properties and secondary filtration effect of the molecular sieve were studied in laboratory, and the cationic filter aid D, which had significantly improved the filtration speed, was further investigated. The results showed that the addition of 6 kinds of filter aids(each with the mass fraction of 1%) had little effect on the changes of relative crystallinity, unit cell constant and RE2O3 mass fraction of REUSY molecular sieve′s secondary ion exchange filter cake after calcination, but had different effects on the filtration time, thixotropy of filter cake and the changes of water mass fraction and Na2O mass fraction. Among them, the filtration time of REUSY molecular sieve obtained by adding cationic filter aid D was the shortest(only 3.75 min), but it had the highest mass fraction of water content of 69%, and the mass fraction of Na2O in the filter cake was also the highest (2.67%), which was much higher than the index requirement that the mass fraction of Na2O in REUSY molecular sieve could not be higher than 2%. Considering the impact on the physical and chemical performance of REUSY molecular sieve and high energy consumption in calcination on the preparation cost, the optimized mass fraction of cationic filter aid D would be added in the range of 0.03% - 0.10%.
