| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种利用激光偏转法,采用CCD作为检测元件的自动测量固体线膨胀系数的方法。给出了结构框图和程序框图以及精度分析,与以往传统测量方法相比,消除了主观误差,使测试结果更具客观性。

| Abstract: | A method to measure solid linear expension coefficient is presented,using laser deflection method and CCD device.In this paper,the block diagram of system structure,computer program and procision analysis are given.In contrast to conventional measuring technique,the subjective error is eliminated,the objectivity of the result is better. |
