摘    要:为解决某大型雷达方位转台在前期调试过程中发生的故障,开展电缆转绕装置的改进方案设计。针对现场出现的拖链变形、电缆破损等问题,详细分析了问题产生的原因,并阐述了主要的改进措施。对改进后的电缆转绕装置进行了相关性能试验。试验结果表明,电缆转绕装置的运行状态良好,其方位转动角度和电缆载流能力满足技术要求。进行了现场性能测试,测试结果进一步证明电缆转绕装置的改进方案合理可行。

Abstract:In order to solve the failure occurred in the early debugging of a radar azimuth turntable, the improved scheme of the cable turn-around device was designed. Aiming at the problems on the spot such as towing chain deformation and cable damage, the causes of the problems were analyzed in detail and the main improved measures were expounded. The related performances of the improved cable turn-around device were tested. The test results indicate that the working state of the cable turn-around device is normal. And its azimuth rotation angle and cable current carrying capacity meet the technical requirements. The field performance test was carried out. The test results further verify that the improved scheme of cable turn-around device is reasonable and feasible.
