气旋耦合喷嘴喷雾特性研究

摘    要::对一种气旋耦合喷嘴喷雾特性进行了试验研究,分析总结了气液比及液相压力对其喷雾特性 的影响规律。试验中使用水为工质,利用工业相机对其液雾进行拍摄并利用 MATLAB进行图像处理,获得 喷雾锥角,利用相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)对雾化粒径进行测量。研究表明,在液相压力一定时,随着 气液比增加,平行于预膜片方向喷雾锥角几乎不受影响,垂直于预膜片方向喷雾锥角先增大后略有减小;增 加液相压力,平行于预膜片方向喷雾锥角增大,垂直于预膜片方向喷雾锥角最大值和其对应的气液比减小; 气旋耦合喷嘴雾化粒径沿径向分布规律为中间雾化粒径较小向两侧逐渐增大;雾化粒径在液相压力较低时 受气液比影响大,随着液相压力增加受气液比影响减小。

Abstract:An experimental study on spray characteristics of a novel hybrid atomizer,combining the spray characteristics of pressure-swirl,was presented.Attention is focused on the effect of pressure of liquid phase and air-to-liquid ratio on spray characteristics.Water was used as the working substance in the experiment.The spray pattern was photographed by an industrial camera and image processing was performed using matlab to obtain a spray angle,and the atomized particle size was measured by a Phase Doppler Particle Analyzer(PDPA).It shows that:When the pressure of water is constant,as the air-to-liquid ratio increases,the spray angle is almost unaffected parallel to the direction of the pre film-lip,and the spray angle increases and then decreases slightly perpendicular to the pre-film lip direction;Increasing the water pressure increases the spray angle parallel to the pre-film direction,and the spray angle maximum perpendicular to the pre-film lip direction and its corresponding air-to-liquid ratio decreases.The radial distribution of the SMD of the atomizer is that the middle SMD is smaller and gradually increased to the two sides;SMD is greatly affected by the air-to-liquid ratio when the water pressure is low,and less affected by air-to-liquid ratio as the water pressure increases.
