打叶复烤自动化精准配方投料设备的设计与应用

摘    要:  目的  解决打叶复烤投料环节受人工因素制约大、混配均匀度低等问题。  方法  设计一种打叶复烤自动化精准配方投料设备,由投料控制单元和自动化进料装置组成。回潮松散后的原烟装入定制烟筐,运送至进料装置,投料控制单元进行投料设计后,自动化进料装置中抓取爪模拟人工投料,将烟筐内的原烟抓取至拨料辊,通过定量喂料,后以层铺输出的方式落至输送皮带进入下一工序,完成自动化投料及多等级多配方烟叶均匀混配。  结果  ① 对于设计的6000 kg/h投料任务,自动化精准配方投料设备投料流量在设定2%的误差范围内波动,流量均匀,连续作业时,单位时间内投料的稳定性高于人工;②自动化投料和人工投料的混料均匀度误差分别为0.2%、3.5%,自动化精准配方投料设备层铺式的投料方式可以实现对烟叶的均匀预混;③经自动化投料的成品烟叶烟碱CV值较人工投料降低0.68%。  结论  该设备有助于打叶复烤企业节约生产成本,提升自动化、均质化加工水平。

Design and application of automatic precision feeding equipment for threshing and redrying process

Abstract:  Background  This study aims to solve the problems of artificial influence factors and low mixing uniformity in the feeding process of threshing and redrying.  Methods  An automatic precision feeding equipment composed of a feeding control device and an automatic feeding device was designed for threshing and redrying. Tobacco leaves after loosening and resurgence were load into the customized smoke basket and transported to the feeding device. Then the feeding control device performed the feeding design, the grabbing claw of the automatic feeding device grabbed tobacco leaves from the smoke basket into the feed roller for quantitative feeding. After that, the leaves fell to the conveyor belt for the next process to complete the automatic feeding and uniform mixing of multi-level and multi-proportion tobacco leaves.  Results  ① For the designed feeding task of 6000 kg/h, the feeding flow of the automatic precision feeding equipment fluctuated within the set error range of 2%; when working continuously, the feeding stability per unit time was higher and more uniform than manual work; ②The mixing uniformity errors of automatic feeding and manual feeding were 0.2% and 3.5%, respectively. The layered-type feeding method based on automatic feeding equipment can realize the uniform premixing of tobacco leaves.③The nicotine CV value of redried tobacco strips under automatic feeding was lower than that under manual feeding by 0.68%.  Conclusion  This proposed equipment can save costs, and improve the automation and homogenization processing level for threshing and redrying process.
