摘    要:以SY215C8M型液压挖掘机为研究对象,对正流量挖掘机液压系统的动臂合流路的泵阀匹配特性进行了研究。提出了改善泵阀匹配控制特性的优化方案,利用粒子群算法对U型节流阀口的节流特性进行优化,得到了具有较优节流特性的节流阀口结构参数。搭建了实验平台,结果表明:该方案可有效的降低多路换向阀阀口的压力波动和压力损失。

Abstract:The matching characteristics of the variable pump and the multi way valve were analyzed. An optimization scheme was put forward to improve the variable pump and the multi way valve matching characteristics. The standard particle swarm optimization method was used to optimize the U typle throttle valve port throttling characteristics. the better throttling characteristic parameters and structure were achieved. A hydraulic system testing platform of excavator was built to verify the correctness of the simulation model. The results show that the pressure impacts and pressure loss at the multi way valve port were effectively reduced.
