| 摘 要： | 电子线路是电子系统的组成部分，其可靠性对整个电子系统的可靠性具有很大影响。本文介绍了两种电子线路可靠性容差分析方法（区间分析法和仿射分析法）的基本原理，采用区间分析法和仿射分析法对模拟二阶带通滤波器进行了可靠性容差分析，仿真和实验结果表明：区间分析法和仿射分析法在二阶带通滤波器可靠性容差分析中的应用是有效的；仿射分析法的估计区间比区间分析法的估计区间更接近实际区间，即仿射分析法优于区间分析法。

| Abstract: | Electronic circuit is very important to the electronic system. Its reliability influences on the system directly. In this paper, two techniques of tolerance analysis of reliability in electronic circuits, interval analysis and affine analysis, are introduced. And then the tolerance analysis of reliability of analogical two orders band pass filter is discussed with these techniques. The simulating results show that the two methods are all effective in this field and the interval got from affine analysis is much closer to the actual interval than the interval got from interval analysis. |
