摘    要:为了减少磨损,延长模具的使用寿命,在模具表面应用激光毛化处理。采用200W灯抽运Nd:YAG激光器,进行系统的激光毛化工艺试验,得出脉冲激光参量对模具表面微观形貌主要几何参量的影响规律,最终获得了预期的几何形貌。并分别测量和分析了毛化模具表面硬度和金相组织状况。结果表明,微凸体表面硬度比基体材料的表面硬度提高了30%~40%,提高了模具表面的耐磨性。

Abstract:Laser texturing technology is applied on the surface of mould & die, and conducted an experimental research on the process of laser texturing. In the experiment, a pulsed laser beams generated by lamp pumping Nd:YAG laser is adopted to process the mould & die surface. Consequently, the surface roughness profile have been successfully obtained. According to the analysis of the experimental data of laser texturing, the influence rules between pulsed laser parameters and main profile parameters of mould & die have been obtained. Furthermore, the appearance mechanism of Crater-Shaped, Spherical Cap Slight Protuberance and W-Shaped Slight Protuberance laser surface texturing roughness profile were analyzed and studied. Finally, the surface hardness and metallographical structure were measured and analyzed. The results show: the surface hardness of slight protuberance than the matrix has been improved by 30%-40%.
