煤层水力割缝转速对切割半径影响规律研究

摘    要:针对煤层水力割缝卸压增透时喷嘴旋转参数的确定问题,通过实验室相似模拟实验,分析了不同转速下半径与时间的关系,建立割缝深度模型,得到钻杆的速度与切缝的时间和切削半径之间的关系近似为指数,并且已经进行了现场实验以验证结果。最后在平宝煤业进行转速控制前后现场对比实验,结果表明:实行转速控制的割缝半径是传统割缝的1. 5倍,石门揭煤钻孔数量减少43. 8%,揭煤时间缩短27. 4%,显著提高了工效,揭示了煤层水力割缝转速对切割半径影响规律。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem in the rotation parameters determination of the nozzle during pressure relief and anti-reflection in coal seam,a lab similar simulation experiment is performed to analyze the relationship between the radius and time at different speeds. A model of the slot depth is established to obtain the speed and cut of the drill pipe. The relationship between the time of the slit and the cutting radius is approximately exponential,and field experiment is performed to verify the results. Field experiment results before and after speed control show that,the cutting seam radius with speed control is 1. 5 times that of the traditional cutting seam,the number of drill holes in rock cross-cut coal uncovering is reduced by 43. 8%,and the uncovering time is shortened by 27. 4%,which significantly improves the efficiency and reveals the influence of coal seam hydraulic cutting speed on the cutting radius.
