| 摘 要： | 文章分析了综掘工作面作业规程的编制程序、主要内容和编制要点，依据《煤矿安全规程》、《工种操作规程》、设计文件、上级生产技术文件及现场实际条件，论述了综掘工作面作业规程编制的方法和具体要求，提出了存在问题和应对措施，对综掘工作面作业规程编制具有一定的借鉴意义。
