电荷感应式粉尘浓度检测技术

摘    要:针对目前常见的光学式粉尘浓度传感器中存在维护频繁、结构复杂等缺点,基于粉尘的静电特性,研发了一种电荷感应法粉尘浓度传感器。阐述了电荷电感应法的基本原理,并借助实验对其基本原理进行了验证,且通过实验证明了粉尘浓度与感应所得信号的波动性呈正相关关系;简述了感应式粉尘浓度传感器的软硬件设计。通过实验室实验和煤矿井下现场工业试验,证明了电荷感应式粉尘浓度传感器具有较高的检测精度,实验室检测误差低于10%,并且使用中传感器基本免维护。

Abstract:For the disadvantages of coal mine dust concentration continuous on-line detection technology including frequent maintenance,structural complexity and low accuracy,this paper put forward charge dust concentration sensor detection method.Describing the basic principles of charge induction method,deduce rod-electrode charge sensing space sensitivity.Then analyzed the rod-electrode of the distribution characteristics of charge sensing space sensitivity.In the last,through simulation and experiment proved that it was a positive correlation between the volatility of the alternating signal and the concentration of dust.The design of software and hardware of inductive dust concentration sensor was briefly described.Through laboratory experiment and field industrial experiment in coal mine,it was proved that the charge inductive dust concentration sensor has higher detection precision,the laboratory detection error is less than 10%,and the sensor in use is basically free of maintenance.
