摘    要:针对提倡节能减排的社会背景,设计实现了面向电力供电大楼机房能耗监测与分析系统,基于现有的机房能耗数据资源,通过对机房能耗数据多方面的监测以及科学化的分析,为管理者更好地制定节能措施提供决策支持。系统功能分为能耗环境监测、能耗行为分析、节能改造建议、节能效果评估4个子模块;利用GESD算法设计了能耗异常检测方法,利用SSH框架实现了B/S架构;在数据展示方面利用了Extjs、BIRT报表2种技术,利用POI实现了导出Excel格式的能耗数据文件。实际应用表明,该系统为管理者制定节能减排措施提供了帮助。

Abstract:In view of the social background of promoting energy-saving and emission reduction,this paper designed and implemented the system of monitoring and analysis of energy consumption in the computer rooms with power supply building.By making full use of the existing energy consumption data resources of the computer rooms and using comprehensive monitoring and scientific analysis ways of the data,this system can provide powerful decision support for the managers to carry out better energy-saving measures.From the point of view of structure,this system was divided into four submodules:energy consumption and environmental monitoring submodule,energy consumption behavior analysis submodule,energy saving transformation submodule,energy saving effect evaluation submodule.From the point of view of technology,this system used GESD algorithm to detect energy consumption outlier and SSH framework to achieve the B/S architecture,used poi 30 export energy consumption data to excel files and used Extjs and BIRT two technologies to show data with charts and report forms.After practice,this system can provide a great help for the manager with energy-saving emission reduction.
