赵庄矿大流量水力扩孔增透瓦斯抽采技术

摘    要:我国大部分矿区煤层透气性偏低,煤层气开发和井下瓦斯抽采难度较大。水射流技术目前被应用于煤层增透,包括水力冲孔、水力扩孔和水力割缝。以山西晋煤集团赵庄矿为例,对赵庄矿北翼回风巷3号煤层进行水力扩孔技术试验,结果显示:水力扩孔对赵庄矿煤层具有较好的增透作用,水力扩孔钻孔后瓦斯流量是未扩孔时的8~32倍,在不同程度上提高了瓦斯的抽采效率。

Abstract:Permeability of coal seam is low in most of China′s mining area,so the coalbed methane development and underground gas extraction is difficult.Water jet technology has been widely applied to improve permeability of coal seam and gas extraction in China,including hydraulic punching borehole,reaming borehole and cutting slot in coal seam.In this paper,taking Zhaozhuang Mine of Shanxi Jincheng Coal Industry Group as an example,the technology of hydraulic reaming drill hole and draining gas in No.3 coal seam of northern return airway in Zhaozhuang Mine was studied,results showed that,hydraulic reaming borehole has a good effect in Zhaozhuang Mine,the gas flow rate of hydraulic reaming borehole is 8~32 times that of non-reaming borehole,and the gas drainage efficiency is improved to some extent.
