中厚煤层综采面切顶沿空留巷围岩控制技术研究

摘    要:为解决煤矿采掘接替紧张、巷道围岩控制困难等问题,以鹿台山矿为研究背景,综合理论分析、现场试验等手段,对沿空留巷上覆岩层运动规律开展研究,提出沿空留巷围岩控制的关键技术。研究结果表明:根据沿空留巷上覆岩层运动结构及其运动特征,提出沿空巷道围岩稳定性控制基本原理,并确定沿空留巷围岩控制应在采空区侧强制切顶卸压、巷道顶板加强、挡矸防护和滞后支护组成的沿空留巷围岩控制技术;留巷巷道顶底板下沉量98 mm,底板底鼓量最大约102 mm,实体煤帮最大变形量约134 mm,采空区帮最大变形量约108 mm,锚索最大受力322 kN,留巷变形在合理范围内,留巷效果良好,可为类似条件下的切顶沿空留巷工程提供借鉴。

Abstract:The surrounding rock of soft and broken roadway with large buried depth has low strength and high stress,soft structure,large deformation and difficult supporting.For the first time,the 23160 working face of Pingdingshan No.4 Coal Mine adopted ZY10000-23/45d type support with large working resistance and electro-hydraulic control,which has high requirements for the project.The cutting section of the working face reached 27.8 m2,making the excavation construction difficult.According to engineering practice,combined with the numerical analysis results,it was determined that the large section of the 23160 working face was supported by high-strength anchor bolt and high resistance anchor cable,the supporting parameters were optimized,and the secondary reinforcement of shotcreting and grouting anchor cable were carried out in time,so as to maximize the bearing capacity of surrounding rock,to increase supporting strength of cutting hole,to reduce deformation of roadway,and to improve comprehensive mining of large mining height.The unit production level of working face can promote safe and efficient production of the mine and to create good economic and social benefits.
