| 摘 要： | 煤炭资源作为支撑我国经济快速发展的最重要能源供给，保证煤炭资源的绿色、安全、高效开采是重中之重。统计分析了建国以来我国煤矿安全生产发展的历程、现状及新时代背景下煤矿安全生产发展的演进趋势与急需解决的问题。研究表明，我国煤矿安全生产发展主要经历了3个时期，1949—1977年为煤矿安全生产水平大幅波动时期；1978—2002年为煤矿安全生产水平持续好转时期；2003—2018年为煤矿安全生产水平快速提升时期。研究认为，加大人工智能、物联网、大数据、云计算等现代化信息技术在煤炭资源开采过程中的运用，建设智能化煤矿是我国煤炭行业实现高质量发展的重要途径。加大煤矿安全生产科技人才培养力度，加强煤矿安全科技攻关，构建完善的职业健康保障体系，加快推进智慧煤矿示范工程建设，以保证我国煤矿安全生产形势的持续好转。

| Abstract: | As the most important energy supply to support the rapid development of China′s economy，the most important thing is to ensure the green，safe and efficient mining of coal resources.This paper made a statistical analysis of the history and current situation of the development of coal mine safety production in China since the founding of the People′s Republic of China，as well as the evolution trend and urgent problems of the development of coal mine safety production in the new era.The research showed that the development of coal mine safety production in China has mainly experienced three periods:the period from 1949 to 1977 was the period of great fluctuation of coal mine safety production level；the period from 1978 to 2002 was the period of continuous improvement of coal mine safety production level；the period from 2003 to 2018 was the period of rapid improvement of coal mine safety production level.It was considered that increasing the application of artificial intelligence，Internet of things，big data，cloud computing and other modern information technologies in the process of coal resource mining，and building intelligent coal mine was an important way to achieve high-quality development of China′s coal industry.We will increase the training of scientific and technological personnel for coal mine safety production，strengthen the research on coal mine safety technology，to build a sound occupational health insurance system，and to accelerate the construction of smart coal mine demonstration projects to ensure the continuous improvement of China′s coal mine safety production situation. |
